Federal Heath is committed to reducing energy consumption and promoting sustainable development.

Our Oceanside facility recently received recognition from a major California public utility for saving money on energy bills.

Fluorescent lighting reduces our carbon footprint & lowers energy consumption
Cardboard/paper waste is segregated & recycled to reduce impact on local landfills
Styrofoam packing material is reused rather than thrown away whenever possible
Energy efficient programmable thermostats reduce excessive use in all office locations
Fluorescent lamps & broken neon units are segregated and disposed of as hazardous waste
Using electronic ballasts and LED lighting systems passes energy savings on to our customers
Leftover paint waste & fillers are recycled and are currently used in a cement making process
Ovens used for thermoforming only used 2-3 hrs a day. Thermoforming uses an instant-on quartz heating element, which heats up quicker and reduces the time to heat up faces, saving on energy and also repair/replacement costs.
