Journeyman Service Technician: Houston

This position will be part of team that services existing signs around Houston.

What we are looking for:

  • Must have at least 5 years of experience as a Sign Service Technician.
  • Must have State of Texas Journeyman Sign or Journeyman electrical license.
  • Must have CDL Driver License class “B” or greater with air brake certification.
  • Must be able to work in a self motivated environment.

Federal Heath is seeking a qualified in the Dallas/Fort Worth area . This position will be part of team that services existing signs around Dallas-Fort Worth.

Safety Coordinator, Jacksonville, TX

Position Objective and Responsibility:

  • Maintaining safety performance records and documents
  • Conducting safety training on all applicable subject matters for the facility in both a
    formal training scenario for large groups and informal “tool box talk” small group
    settings.
  • Conducting inspections and audits of the facility recognizing hazards as well as potential risks for injury and lead the process of mitigating those risks.
  • Conducting accident investigations to include all follow-up and corrective actions.
  • Responsible for ensuring that the facility meets all reporting and performance standards required to maintain all Federal, State and local operating permits.

Skills and Experience Desired:

  • The applicant will have completed a 2-year degree in Safety from an accredited college or university. Or, 3-5 years of work experience in Manufacturing Safety and with a Safety Management Certification from an organization such as the American Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE)
  • The applicant must possess a general knowledge of Federal and State governmental regulations, strong computer skills, must also possess strong communication and interpersonal relations skills
  • A strong candidate will exhibit a positive attitude, high level of personal integrity and responsibility for their actions.
  • They must also have the ability to schedule and manage multiple projects
  • Bi-Lingual English/Spanish is highly sought after.
