Federal Heath is seeking a qualified in the Dallas/Fort Worth area . This position will be part of team that services existing signs around Dallas-Fort Worth.

Project Manager, Conversions Team: Knoxville, TN

Position Objective and Responsibility:

  • Work with our ongoing customers managing our performance to ensure the customer’s sign program requirements are met.
  • Arrange customer location surveys as needed, verify sign codes
  • Qualify and negotiate with subcontractors and other third parties as required
  • Issue purchase orders
  • Establish accessible, organized and complete job files
  • Maintain current status of all jobs in internal system
  • Track, forecast and provide projections of projects
  • Coordinate manufacturing, delivery, and install activities

Skills and Experience Desired:
This position requires:

  • Previous Program Manager or Program Coordinator experience or like education. Sign Industry experience preferred, will consider Manufacturing/Construction/Service background as well.
  • Leadership ability, proven decision making skills
  • Outstanding phone etiquette and Customer Service skills
  • Good written & verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work well independently as well as in teams within a rapidly changing deadline driven environment.
  • Literacy in Microsoft Office products
  • Availability to travel to customer headquarters, branch offices, or Federal Heath locations as needed
