We begin by profiling your existing sign program. This includes evaluation of noteworthy site conditions, the relationship of the existing signs to the facility and roadways, and a survey of traffic patterns.

Then, if needed, we create a comprehensive site survey to assure that no detail will be overlooked. Our detailed, professional field surveys explore:

  • Specific site-related questions
  • Applicable code regulations and ordinances
  • Dimensions of existing tenant panels
  • Type of fascia surface and mounting considerations
  • Site photos to determine correct sizing and placement
  • Additional observations, traffic conditions and other special considerations

Finally, we determine the best signage solution to meet your needs. Our proposals recommend locations for the new signage and drawings, including measurements, construction specs, color call outs, cross section views, and installation notes. If needed, we will create a banner to simulate the proposed signs for proper size and location.

From start to finish, you will have a devoted team, headed by a single contact person, with complete responsibility and authority to manage all aspects of your project or program. Working closely with you, they coordinate with our internal departments to properly assess and plan your signage, and to ensure that everything is completed on time and on budget.

Single projects are handled by a Senior Project Manager who determines and dedicates the appropriate resources to complete your job. Ongoing programs are assigned to an Account Management Team to ensure continuity and offer you additional support.

Web-Based Customer Status System

Federal Heath Sign Company provides online reporting  via our web-based Customer Status System.  The Customer Status System is housed on our www.federalheath.com website and therefore is available around the clock.

Each of our customers is given the ability to log-on to the password protected Customer Status System from any Internet connection and review the status of each of their orders, view available files and send emails directly to their Account Management Services team member.

From the inception of each order, through manufacturing, installation and warranty, historic information can be obtained at the click of a button consistent with Federal Heath Sign's Lean and 6S efforts. This information includes critical date information, photos from survey to completion, email communications, sign-off documents, design drawings, engineering drawings and specifications.

Additionally, our maintenance entity, MX Services, has the ability to review the detailed drawings and diagrams from the original orders to assist in trouble-shooting any service issues.
