MX Technicians Complete Rappelling Certification

MX Services technicians recently participated in rappelling certification.  New technicians who have never been certified must complete 4-6 hours of classroom training, plus an additional 20 hours of on-rope training.  For those who have already been certified, they must be re-certified every two years with 2 hours of classroom and 8 hours of on-rope training.

Training was provided by Roco Rescue and took place at the Volusia County Fire Training Station near Daytona Beach Florida over a 3 day period this past December.
