New Smartphone Technology is a Timesaver for the Sign Industry

Spike is the world’s first laser accurate Smartphone measurement solution.  The Spike mobile app is a timesaver for the sign industry, allowing designers, estimators, installers, etc. to quickly measure locations for signage by capturing the width, height and area of a space by taking a photo from a Smartphone or Tablet.

Using a Smartphone, the Spike app and its device (laser-based hardware that works with a compass, camera and GPS), you can capture the measurements of  area or existing signs onsite during surveys without the need for ladders, bucket trucks, cranes, etc.

The measurements can be used to create estimates, design mockups, assess installation needs  and complete permit applications.  The photos are easily shared via email as PDF or Spike (XML) files.
