Federal Heath has arrangements with several shipping companies including air, LTL (Less Than Load) trucking, dedicated local trucking and local delivery companies in order to offer the best service and price available. These companies send us a daily estimated time of arrival (ETA) report via email for all freight in transit, and proof of delivery (POD) reporting we have a database of 1100, the largest, best qualified, coast to coast organization of installation and service  contractors in the industry. Most of these installers have been working with Federal Heath for more than 10 year and a majority performs almost exclusively for us.

All system users at Federal Heath offices around the country have a complete, up to date listing of the best available subcontractors to provide installation services. These contractors continually work with us on different projects through our program teams and our service coordinators, so it is in their best interests to put our customers first.

This familiarity and relationship building is a very important key to be able to coordinate your project to meet your schedule requirements. It is also the only way to be able to provide our customers with the level of service they have come to expect from Federal Heath. Installers are also required to provide photos of all signs installed, as well as reviewing  signs, job site conditions and obtaining acceptance signatures from an authorized person on site.
